WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Public Landing – History Tab Link Accessibility
Public ticket links accessed by internal DigTix users from the History tab are no longer limited by expiration settings. This ensures uninterrupted access to public links for reference, auditing, and support purposes, regardless of the configured expiration period.
Locate Request Attachments – Grouping by Facility Owner
The Attachments tab for Locate Requests now includes an optional “Group by Facility Owner” view:
Organize attachments into folders by associated Facility Owners (when the Enhanced Attachment Workflow is enabled).
An Uncategorized folder ensures all attachments remain visible.
Consistent folder behavior and styling aligned with Incident attachments for a familiar user experience.
Billables Enhancement – Multiple County Modifiers
The Billables module now supports multiple county values within a single County modifier:
Enter multiple counties separated by commas.
Reduces configuration overhead and simplifies setup when billables apply to more than one county.
