Supervisors now have a dedicated dashboard showing real-time status, locations, and activity of their direct reports.

Public Ticket Information Landing Page

A secure, time-bound public link is now automatically sent to excavators when tickets are completed.

A centralized location to view, monitor, and review all outgoing system responses.
