I believe it would be highly beneficial to have a centralized page within Utilisphere that provides a comprehensive audit log of all changes made in the production environment.
While some changes are currently documented within the areas where they occur, a consolidated change history would provide greater visibility and traceability. Ideally, the log would capture the date and time of each change, a description of the modification, and the user who made it.
This capability would be particularly valuable because configuration changes within Utilisphere can have unintended downstream impacts on reporting, ticket workflows, and successful response processing. A centralized audit log would make it easier to identify when changes occurred, understand potential dependencies, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accountability across the production environment.
