we would like to be able to have a dashboard on power bi that would allow us to run both live ticket template and work item templates at the same time. the idea is for us to be able to open up one page see all the tickets that we've received YTD while comparing to the damage work items we've uploaded. giving us a trend of damages vs number of total tickets received
