Rotational Dialing

The voice out criteria for Rotational dialing is quite long and can be difficult to understand. Users have to wait until the entire message has concluded in order to accept the message. It would be nice to be able to select the criteria for the voice out. Example: Ticket type Category (Emergency) Ticket ID (123456) Folder (LA West)
