User Access & Activity Visibility Enhancements

It would be incredibly valuable to have greater visibility into user-level activity within the system, including:

• Access to Reports, Power BI, and other data tools

• Views and edits of specific tickets, forms, or records

• A clear record of when and what changes were made

This level of transparency would enable:

• More precise access permission management, helping admins ensure users only access what's necessary

• Improved auditing capabilities for tracking user behavior and accountability

• Stronger security posture by highlighting unexpected or inappropriate access patterns

• A foundation for proactive training or coaching, based on feature usage or underutilization

Implementing detailed user activity tracking would benefit both system admins and operational stakeholders by aligning system access with business controls and regulatory needs.
