WHAT'S NEW:

  • Incident Module:

    • Third-Party Damage Classification: New ability to classify non-facility damages as third-party claims.

    • Separate Liable Party Field: Allows definition of liable party separately from responsible party.

    • Contributing Factors: Added a new field to capture multiple contributing factors for incident investigations.

    • Automated Due Dates: System auto-calculates original due dates based on business rules; rescheduling is also supported.

    • Attachment Category Requirements: Administrators can require specific document uploads before incident completion.

    • Incident Attachment Categorization: Enables classification of uploaded files under named categories for better organization.

    • "Ready for Review" Assignment Workflow: Automatically assigns incidents ready for review and sends notification emails.

    • Multi-Facility Damage Tracking: Allows multiple damaged facilities to be recorded under a single incident.

    • User Summary Side Sheet: Provides managers quick access to user profiles, groups, timesheets, and first task management.

  • UI and Branding:

    • Updated Logos: Main application and splash screen logos updated to align with new branding.


WHAT'S IMPROVED:

  • Incident Management:

    • Improved Data Integration: Ticket-related address and geographic fields now automatically populate in linked incidents.

    • Details Tab Redesign: Cleaner layout with a new “Related” section for linked tickets and removed incident ID field.

    • Root Cause Responsibility Validation: Users must now provide a reason when setting or changing the responsibility.

    • Claim Management Fields: Added Damage Claim Status, Claim Status Date, and Accrual Code for better claim tracking.

    • Invoice Management: Enhanced search, filter, and export options for incident invoices.

  • Admin and System Configuration:

    • Refreshed Admin Pages: SSO Permissions and Infrastructure pages redesigned with new UI and usability improvements.

    • Service Time Management: Users can now edit Service Start/End Times at the ticket level in the new UI.

    • Dropdown Auto-Selection: Required dropdowns with only one option now auto-select that value to save time.

    • Close Buttons Restored: All side sheets now consistently include functional close ("X") buttons.


WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Fixed the “Take a Break” option not re-enabling automatically after breaks.

  • Resolved issues with time capture across multiple tabs or browser sessions.

  • Eliminated duplicate timesheet entries under certain workflows.

  • Corrected issues with ticket notes getting stuck while saving.

  • Fixed bulk edit errors when updating both “Ticket Status” and “Codes” together.

  • Repaired broken links in custom forms pointing to associated work orders.

  • Multiple other minor bug fixes and general performance improvements.
