New Feature: My Timesheet System

The new My Timesheet system offers a robust solution for managing workforce timekeeping and compliance. Its features include:

• Access Control: Users must clock in to gain system access. Sessions automatically end upon clock-out.
• Task Prioritization: The "First Job" designation helps users plan their next shift effectively.
• Timekeeping & GPS Tracking: Accurate clock-in/out data with GPS coordinates supports payroll and reporting.
• Supervisor Controls: Supervisors can modify timesheets with reasons, and employees are notified for acceptance or rejection.
• Break Time Alerts: Notifications help maintain compliance with break duration policies.
• Legal Clock-Out Notifications: Customizable legal messages for different user groups during clock-out.

Clocking In, Out, and Breaks

Employees can efficiently manage their work hours with these key features:

• Clock In: Choose entry types (e.g., Normal, Weekend Hours).
• Break Management: Start and end breaks with alerts for early returns.
• Clock Out: Select the "First Job" for the next shift during clock-out.
• Timesheet Review: Track and review work hours, break times, and historical data.

Time Clock Administration

Administrative users have enhanced control over timekeeping with the ability to:

• Create, update, and delete time clock entries with reasons for changes.
• Customize clock-out messages for specific user groups.
• Assign colors to entry types for easier identification.

Business Intelligence (BI) Data

New data tables in the DigTix BI Suite (AWS QuickSight) provide detailed insights into time clock activities and next-shift planning. Key data points include:

• Break Analysis: Track break durations and compliance with policies.
• First Work Orders: Monitor planned versus actual clock-in times and locations for proactive shift planning.

This update empowers organizations with improved timekeeping, task scheduling, and operational transparency, ensuring better workforce management.

Deprecated Features

Due to lack of usage, the following features have been removed in v42:

• DigTix real-time chat
