WHAT'S NEW:
User Roles Page: A centralized "User Roles" page replaces "User Group Permissions" and "User Groups" for easier role management.
User Groups Page: A new "User Groups" menu simplifies user management by organizing users into groups. Each user has a "home" and "current" group, with options for temporary overrides. This update replaces the previous User Groups page.
Diagram Page: Enhanced diagram options in "Map Mode" and "Blank Mode" are added to "Locates," "Incident," and "Follow-up" sections.
One Call Center Page Redesign: Integrated design merges OCC Priority Mappings with a streamlined layout.
Location Details: Latitude and Longitude now accessible on the Details page.
WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Bulk Update for Work Item Fields: Simplified bulk editing for fields like Codes and Notes.
Improved Attachment Access: Attachments open in a new tab for easier access in relevant sections.
Map Details Dialog: Compact and repositioned for improved accessibility.
Enhanced User Group Functionality: "Initial" and "Final User Groups" fields are now available in ticket grids for improved incident management, with "Incident" grids showing only "Final User Groups."
Version Display: Version numbers for UI and API are now shown in the account menu.
WHAT'S FIXED:
Ticket Service Time Validation: Users may no longer submit service start / end times which are in the future.
Custom Forms Deletion: Users can now successfully delete custom forms in both grid view and attachments.
Locate Grid Saved Views: Saved views in Locate grid now correctly display tickets with map view.
CDC Code Display: CDC codes now display properly within tickets.
Activity Code Accuracy: Each activity code now displays its correct, assigned billable code.
Filter Overlap: Filter descriptions no longer overlap with the refresh button.
Image Uploads: Image uploads, even in bulk, complete without stalling.
Grid Navigation: Returning to the grid directs users back to their last accessed ticket.
Infrastructure Colors: Updates to infrastructure colors now save reliably.
Ticket Link Redirection: Links correctly direct users to the latest ticket version.
Reassign Tickets: The full list of users is now displayed in the reassign side sheet.
