WHAT'S NEW and IMPROVED:


  • Bulk Add Activities.Users completing locate requests in the New UI will now have the ability to bulk update activities on multiple locate requests at the same time.
  • GIS Feature Highlight. In the New UI, users will be able to click on a GIS feature, and it will highlight the entirety of the line that has been clicked on by utility type or pipe type.
  • Paging history panels now available in the New UI.It will be easier to view multiple pages worth of history on a specific ticket.
  • Location Information on the New UI’s Create Incident form is no longer required.
  • The Create New Locate form received the New UI design upgrade.
  • Added UI release version number to account menu for users to easily identify which version of DigTix they are operating.




WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Fix for displaying custom fields which are scoped to a single one call center
  • Fixes for a few French translations
  • Fixed ability to view internal notes at the locate request level
  • Fixed contract filter issue
  • Fixed issue with Coursettra (training) menu item
  • Fixed calculation of locator tenure in incidents module
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes, security hardening, and performance improvements
