VERSION: 39.0



WHAT'S NEW and IMPROVED:


  • Custom Forms can now include a Contract locator Contact field. Users completing the form will have the ability to select a contract locator contact from a dropdown list in the New UI.
  • Custom Forms now have a ‘Save and Create New’ option in the New UI for enabling easier navigation when multiple items are needed.The Save and Create New will show as an additional option next to the form’s Save button.
  • Ticket Follow-ups are now available in the New UI. Ticket follow-ups are modeled like locate requests and incident work order pages and can be viewed by selecting the ‘Follow-Ups’ panel from the Ticket Detail view.
  • Lat/Long coordinates are now available on the New UI’s Create Incident form. Additionally, the styling on the Create Incident form has been updated to the new design.
  • The Create New Locate form received the New UI design upgrade.
  • The following DigSight Incident Prediction Scores have been added to the New UI’s AI Incident Likelihood Rank. These fields will show in the Risk Factor details, as well as available fields in the Locate Requests grid view:

    • AI Incident Likelihood Percentile
    • AI Incident Impact Rank
    • AI Incident Risk Factors
    • AI Cancellation Confidence
  • A ‘Last Updated’ column has been added to the available Infrastructure data in the New UI. This date will indicate when an infrastructure layer’s GIS data was last updated / imported.
  • Updated logic was applied to Close Codes whereby when certain requirements are in place (such as requiring completion of a custom form), the system will assist the user in adding the requirement (such as opening the Add a New Custom Form sidesheet) prior to saving the Close Code.
  • Copying Attachments has additional search fields (Excavator, ID, Address) added to the New UI, promoting easier ways to find the desired tickets to copy attachments to.
  • Fields that were identified as missing French Translation language (such as some dropdown lists, breadcrumb navigation items, and missing labels) have all been updated.




WHAT'S FIXED:

  • Custom forms will open the correct attachment pages when clicking the options to view.
  • Ticket history will no longer show incorrect ‘Pending’ status when assigned to a user (where status should be unassigned)
  • If user does not have permission to view ticket flags, flags will no longer display.
  • Performing certain filter actions on the Ticket Grid list no longer causes usernames to appear in the wrong columns.
  • Rotating iPad orientation between portrait vs landscape no longer causes unintended page zooms.
  • Bulk Reassign option has been re-added to the Incidents Grid view.
  • New UI History Tab will show all emergency voice entries.
  • Dashboard menu option will show for the third part users who have permission to view dashboards.
  • Options menu (icon) for Mobile view the located grid has been added.
  • Download all attachments will download all attachments, not just those displayed on the current page of items.
  • The footage field for a locate will refresh and display when ‘saved’.Field was previously disappearing until a refresh of the page occurred.
  • When adding an Activity, the loading and saving states will auto-disappear as expected.Icons were previously stuck until a refresh of the page occurred.
  • Opening a ticket will show the correct ticket that was selected from the ticket grid.Under the right circumstances, the wrong ticket was previously displaying.
  • Ticket ID will display on the Ticket Details view.
  • Ticket status lists will populate, occasionally the ticket status dropdown list appeared blank.
  • Ticket status will update and reflect without the need for a page update.Example: if a user is assigned to a ticket, the ticket status should update to pending.
  • In the Locate Request completion details tab, custom fields will be included in the Work Details section.
  • When creating a ticket on an iPhone, the ‘Create’ and ‘Close’ options will no longer be zoomed off screen.
