EXCAVATOR WINDOW AND RISK

DigTix will be introducing a series of risk management features over the coming months. The first such update allows users to analyze and rate excavators' based on perceived risk. This can be done by clicking on the button located next to the "Excavator" field on the "Ticket Info" tab of the ticket window.

The new excavator window displays contact information that has been automatically collected by DigTix, as well as the list of DigTix incidents the excavator has been involved in. DigTix users can add notes and assign a risk score to the excavator. The excavator risk scores will be leveraged in various DigTix features included in future releases, allowing organizations to easily identify and manage risk.

INCIDENT VIEWS

The ability to create custom ticket views has been an important DigTix feature for several years. Now users have the ability to create custom views for incidents. Incident views bring the exact same functionality and value as ticket views to incidents. This includes:

  • The ability to save which incident columns are shown and in what order they are shown.
  • The ability to save filters which are applied to the incident grid.
  • The ability to save what field and direction incidents are sorted by.
  • The ability to share saved incident views with other users.
  • The ability to set a saved incident views as your default incident view.
  • The ability to delete a saved incident view.

ATTACHMENT COPYING

Users may now copy attachments from one ticket to another with just a few clicks. A new "Copy Attachments" button has been added to the ticket window's attachment list. This button will allow the user to select a ticket to copy the attachments to and click "Submit". All of the attached photos, files, custom forms, and diagrams will be copied to the selected ticket.
