IMPERSONATION

Users may now impersonate other users. This is extremely useful for:

  1. Reviewing account permissions.
  2. Verifying permission or behavior issues. For example, when a user reports they are unable to view or update a specific work order.

By default, only Administrators may impersonate other users. For the purposes of auditing user activity, DigTix logs impersonators and who they are impersonating. To impersonate a user, double-click on the desired account from the "Users" section of the Administration page. Within the "Actions" tab, there is a button to impersonate that user. If this button is not shown, it means you do not have the ability to impersonate that user.
