Add functionality to add score and stop into the Risk Scoring.

The actions that you are currently able to take on a rule in the Risk Score ("Smart Scoring") are:

• Add Score
• Subtract Score
• Assign Score and Stop
• Multiply Score

We would like to add the ability to Add Score and Stop. This would allow us to put certain items in a hierarchy of rules (e.g. - Facility locations: High, Medium or Low Risk)
at the bottom of the score. The ideal outcome would process all rule calculations in the order the rules are listed, then arrive at the "Add Score and Stop rules",
and stop once it's added the applicable score to the previous calculations.
