Challenge: Field users set their routes and tickets at the beginning of the day, and have their workflow interrupted when the application syncs new items to their device.
Why is this a problem: Workflows are interrupted to the point that the old mobile application "Utilisphere" is preferable to the new "Irth" application for field users.
Solution: Configure the ability to halt/disable the auto-syncing function, or possibly configure what kind of items sync down to the phone (emergencies, rushes, shorts, etc.) vs all non-time sensitive tasks.
