Most pages in UtiliSphere contain a "History" allowing visibility of changes made, and by who. Some clients have extensive rule chains, and when something is changed by an employee, it can be hard to pinpoint and adjust while tickets flow into "Pending Research" for example.
Being able to see ALL changes in one screen to auto-processing rules, notifications, contract locator emails, response mapping, etc, would allow administrators to be able to course correct much faster than current capabilities allow.
